**A drug developer must only work for a biotech or pharma company with a publicly available pipeline and must not be associated with any role or organisation that offers services or solutions for a fee to any other company. As a strategic investment focused meeting, the goal is to foster investment opportunities in tumor modelling, between drug developers and solution providers. Therefore, all bookings under the drug developer category are subject to organizer approval. Free access is only granted once approval of eligibility is confirmed. Hanson Wade Conferences Ltd. retain the right to reject or cancel your registration if eligibility criteria are not met, and paid registration will then be required to access the event.
Hanson Wade Conferences Ltd. reserves the right to charge free access guests a non-refundable charge of $100 if they do not attend the entire event if they fail to give 7 working days’ notice of non-attendance.
